* Weekly rates in all months except July, August, September in which a week is assigned as six days. Furnished, 6 bedroom (8 queen beds), 2.5 Baths, Fireplace and fully equipped large kitchen. 1/2 block to the Beach and the Aquarium, 2 blocks from downtown and 2 blocks from the convention center. Check-in is 4 PM; check-out is 11 AM Deposits are required at the time reservations are made. If the deposit is made by credit card, the charges will be processed at the time of the reservation. Any balance owed must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to check-in. No refunds after 30 days prior to check in. Reservations for June 1st through Labor Day must be paid in full by May 1st with no refunds after May 1st. This is a non-smoking, pet free property. Maximum Occupancy; 16 people, including children.
