POLICIES

• Rates do not include city or state tax.

• Deposits are required at the time the reservations are made.  If the deposit is made by credit card, the charge will be processed and applied at that time.  Check are accepted only if received 14 days prior to check-in.  Balance due at check-in may be paid in cash or by credit card (no checks, please).  Check-in after 4 PM: check-out prior to 11 AM.

• Cancellation policy: 48-hour notice is required for refund of deposit.

• Seasonal rates apply through May 15th.  A minimum stay of 2-3 days applies on some holidays and all August weekends. Rates subject to change without notice.

• All Rooms are non-smoking & no pets, please.
